The law firm
The associated law firm Pangrazi and Fati Pozzodivalle was born from the human and professional encounter of the lawyers Gianlorenzo Pangrazi and Fulvio Fati Pozzodivalle who, coming from different professional experiences but inspired by the same principles and values, in 2012 decided to merge their respective skills in order to offer a better service to their clients, both in litigation but also and above all in legal consultation, especially on contracts in the trade, commercial and industrial cooperation, international procurement, and corporate law sectors.
The number and qualification of the professionals and staff within our law firm has been established in such a manner as to allow the partners and collaborators to work in close contact with the clients and provide them with multidisciplinary answers to the complexity and scope of their requirements.
As part of the consultation activities in the sectors they belong to, the professionals have language skills in English, French and German, such as to allow (without any help from translators or interpreters) the most effective real-time assistance. The law firm over time has developed close collaborations with various professional firms in Europe, the USA, West Africa and the Middle East.

Fulvio Fati Pozzodivalle
Partner
Graduated with honors from the University of Macerata, he attended the first course for diplomatic career preparation at the Foundation for Research and International Studies in Florence.
He acquired extensive experience in the law and practice of international contracts, first at the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade - ICE - and then, as Area Manager, for a multinational company operating in the industrial, oil & gas and energy construction plant sectors. He has worked and lived in different countries such as Kazakhstan, Egypt, Nigeria, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
He is registered with the Ancona Bar Association and cooperates with Universities and training agencies on international contracts and industrial cooperation matters.
Gianlorenzo Pangrazi
Partner
Graduated with honors from the University of Macerata, he attended the 40th "Theseus" Official Students Complement Course at the Academy of the Corps of the Guardia di Finanza in Bergamo.
Since the start of his activity, he has dealt with the assistance and consultation to medium and large business entities, developing significant experience as a corporate lawyer in civil, commercial and corporate laws. He has gained significant experience in both litigation and out-of-court assistance.
He has been a member of the "Leone Levi" Arbitration Chamber at the Ancona Chamber of Commerce since 2003 and has been registered with the Ancona Bar Association since 1998.
