Dario Vinciguerra
Graduated from the University of Macerata, he studied for a year in Germany at the University of Mannheim and collaborated with a leading local law firm. He attended an executive master's degree in Corporate Law at a well-known training institute in Milan. Member of the Ancona Bar Association, he deals with civil, commercial and corporate law, especially M&A, as well as Italian and international commercial contracts.
